Your reservation deposit
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable in cash and will be applied toward your dining bill during your confirmed visit.
If you are unable to attend, an eligible deposit may be converted into a future-visit credit when the reservation is properly rescheduled in accordance with this policy.

Rescheduling & Future-Visit Credit
If your plans change, you may request to reschedule your reservation before the scheduled dining time.
When the request meets the applicable conditions, the original deposit may be retained as a future-visit credit instead of being refunded in cash.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Because the reservation deposit is non-refundable in cash, cancellation does not automatically result in a monetary refund. Where applicable, an eligible deposit may instead be converted into a future-visit credit.

No-Show Policy
Guests are expected to arrive for their confirmed reservation within the designated grace period.
A reservation may be considered a no-show if the guest does not arrive and does not provide prior notice.

Arrival & Grace Period
A 15-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled reservation time.
Guests arriving after the grace period may still be accommodated when possible, but this will depend on table availability and current restaurant operations.
Tables may be released when necessary to accommodate other confirmed reservations.

Table Selection & Assignment
Guests may select a preferred table when table selection is available through SmartServe.
Selected tables are subject to availability and may be adjusted when necessary due to restaurant operations, seating capacity, special arrangements, or other circumstances.

Changes to Your Reservation
Changes to the reservation date, time, table, or number of guests should be communicated as early as possible.
Requested changes are subject to availability and may require the reservation to be reviewed or reconfirmed.

Dining Duration
During busy periods, reservations may be allocated an estimated dining period of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Guests who require additional dining time are encouraged to coordinate with the restaurant in advance.

Guest Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including their name, contact details, party size, preferred date, and reservation time.

Restaurant Discretion
Eurasia Restaurant may modify table assignments, accommodate reasonable reservation changes, or release a reservation when necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, special events, or circumstances beyond the restaurant's control.
